Rental Scammer - [email protected]

Hi,I was searching apartments and i got the exact same reply.When asked if i could get a contact number i was told because of fraud purposes they did not want to sent me info through email.

This beautiful apartment is located in a lovely area ( Millside Dr Milton ON ), excellent location!

Due to the high fraud and fake apartments posted I am very cautious and will not give you this information over email. The flat is full furnished, everything is new inside, so please understand me! You know that the apartment is not inhabited.


Please do not get me wrong!


You must understand, I'm not looking to make a business or a profit with the apartment... I just want to find the proper tenant, someone who will treat and care my apartment like it was his own. I need a serious and trustworthy person who not only will pay me the rent on time but also will take care and preserve my property.


I love this apartment and it means alot to me and I want to find the perfect person for my apartment, so please describe yourself so I can have an idea about you and the people that will be living in my apartment.


What I need to know about you:

1. Your name;

2. Phone number;

3. How old are you?

4. Are you married?

5. How many people will be living in the apartment?

6. Do you have a pet? There are no problems if you have pets, as long as you clean up after them.

7. Do you have a car?

8. Occupation;

9. I will like to know the date you will like to move into the apartment;

10. How long do you want to stay in my house?

11. Reason for moving out of current home.


Please send me an e-mail with the information I requested. I will select a candidate out of the e-mails that I will receive. I really need to take care of this matter by the end of the next week.

The Scammer will have wanted you to send him money to have keys and documents to be couriered from abroad, or to send money to a family friend to show that you are financially sound and not a time waster. He would have asked you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union or Moneygram).

These transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected.

I never heard a word back after asking some questions as to why so cheap etc..hope people do their homework and don't buy into this..if it sounds too good to be true most likely it is!!
