searching for a rental property I recieved ths email from an enquiry
from a "Rose Wardy" seems like a stolen identity from possibly other past scams or enquiries from personnel sending through their details and copies of drivers licenses, pasports of ellectricity and account bills

do not send anytihng info to scammers.

My name is Rose Wardy, I'm 41 years old and I'm the owner of the apartment located at: 104/166 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane QLD 4000.I lived in this beautiful apartment for over 2 years and loved every day of it, until last month when I received a promotion and needed to move to Bologna, Italy.
The apartment is in the best conditions, it is newly furnished and equipped with all the dependencies, central air and heat, the apartment come with two parking spots,a storage unit where you can deposit my furniture (if you don't like it and you want to use your own furniture),there is also a linen closet, washer and drier.The rent of the apartment is $300 p/w including all utilities(water,electricity, Internet,cable, parking,air conditioning, garbage).Also the apartment is near the public transportation and other facilities.There are no problems if you have pets, as long as you clean up after them.
My contract here, in Italy, expires in October 2016, so I can rent you the apartment for max. 4 years and minimum 3 months.
Because I had to move to Italy so soon, I didn't had the time to find a trustworthy agent,so I had to take the apartment keys with me. I had a really bad experience with the renting agents from the area, with my previous home. I can't come to show you the apartment and I don't have any friends in the area to send the keys. I found an alternate solution in order to close the transaction safe for the both of us, it is an international delivery solution called Danube Express (I will arrange for a 3 days delivery),they will provide assistance in handling the payment and delivery of the Keys and Lease Agreement.With this procedure you will be able to check the apartment before I receive the payment.
I really want to find a good and responsible tenant for it, and I hope that you can send me some personal information about yourself.

this story seem to be familiar with all other on line scammers

when I asked for more detail and authentication she sent me copies of a passport with photo and some bills under the same name
the person could not tell me the site manager or phone number of their apartment at 166 Wickham Terrace, or a phone number of any other friend in Brisbane

commonalities in all these rental scams seem to appear
ainclusion of rent, power, gas, cable and furniture - no one leases an apartment (apart from a fully serviced hotel style room)
furniture can be removed to storage
2 to 3 days delivery by a courier service company - companies may or may not exist
agent not trustworthy - may not be by more trustworthy that the sammer
cats and dogs OK
pay up front

also note the emails and responses recieved do not contain any sense of humour
even if you ask a retirical question - the answer comes bau starting with "like I said".....


anyway the list goes on - just beware

Presently my house is still available for rent for 650per month including all house utilities like hydro,washer and security,it is fully furnished!

Because we've had a bad experience trying to rent this Apartment out to someone as we are currently out of the flat so i want you to know that we are doing everything to protect the same thing being happened again because it cost me alot of stress as we have to send the keys out to the tenant and we didn't hear from them anymore not knowing that they've already living in the house until the bills notification came to my email and it was higher than usual and our property was also stolen!

I got the same email from Rose Wardy about her apartment in Sydney that is for lease and I already deposit part of the money to the Danube express. I just asked for the refund. What should i do next? will i get the money back?

I wish I could give you a happier answer--but unfortunately, you won't get it back. The money you sent did not go to a real delivery company--it went to a fake, set up by the scammers.

If you can post any information about the "Danube Express" used by the scammers (emails, website, payment instructions), it will at least help others to avoid being scammed, and if there are any fake domains or websites associated with the fake company, our site killers may be able to get those killed.
