Rental scammer - [email protected]

Hello, I was looking for a room in Brussels when I reacted to a room and got this email back... Im quite sure it is a scam since the same email address has been used recently to rent out furnished rooms in Munich. Also, the email is almost identical to some emails on this site previously identified as scams. Also, the email does not go in to the questions and peculiarities of my earlier email but seems to be just a standard email. The ad was on expatriates.com and the text of the email I got back is:

" Thanks for the interest you had in renting my flat...Firstly i will
like to know where you are from and when you will be coming to the
flat ? Am confidently assuring you that you will be more than
satisfied when you come into the flat while you will have your private
bathroom . I attached the picture of the apartment for viewing. each
bedroom have it own private bathroom and toilet

The exact address is : Boulevard Charlemagne 31, 1000 Brussels

The lease will be 350 euro month / per room including the
utilities,fridge-freezer,oven, washing machine, dryer, gas
cooker,microwave, dishwasher, electricity bill, Internet charges and
others bills.---500euro for the security deposit which is refundable
during the departure time from the room. since there is a perfect
procedure that we both have to undergo before you can proceed with the
payment. We can chat on skype if you want"

What email address was the scammer using?

[email protected] was the email address of the scammer.

Yes, for me to. He sand the same email. From the same email address

Hi.

Yes this guy is a scammer! I have lost 1600 euro when I tried to rent a flat in Munich. However in my case he responded directly to my mail, without "standard reply". He said he goes to Scottland to family for vacation. We agreed that he will go to post and depose there the keys, then I sent him money and after that he will say to sent me the keys. After he received my money he said that he want more money because he is not sure if I will be able to pay him every month. After a long mail discussion I said that he have broke the agreement and either he give me back my money or I go to police. Then he stopped to responding. Unfortunatly police do nothing in this case.
