Myself and wife just traveled to West Africa for a program called FAMILY LIFE AND HIV EDUCATION AND THE HIV PREVENTION FOR RURAL YOUTH PROGRAM, the program is taking place in three major countries in Europe, Africa, UK . We will be away for 2 to 3 years or more that is why I have made up my mind to put up my house for rent to whom ever that will take good care of it.

Also how long do you intend to stay? How soon do you intend to move in? I am so glad that I came across this forum because I typed in the cell phone number and saw that the same exact ad was on Craigslist but for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Edison which I did reply too. The same wording but the price is $700 a month and $500 security deposit. The person who is advertising this is a guy by the name of Jeffrey Sheu. I am in acutal communication with him via email and phone. I did go to the the address he gave me and it looks like it is empty and there is even a for rent sign in the window. However, after seeing the previous post, I am going to tell him that I am no longer interested.

Please post the email address the scammer used as if a person searches the email address, they will not currently find the warnings posted here.

Just in case, anyone else sees the craigs list ad for this condo in Edison, I pasted the ad below.
As anyone can see, the wording is almost the same word for word, with the exception of the price of the monthly rent and security fee....

However, my initial plan was to sell the house but it was not successful because the Realtor raised the price which made it difficult for me to sell before leaving the State so never mind if you see the for sale sign infront of the house, It has already been taken off the market as for sale so there is no need to contact any Realtor.
