I will also like to tell you that I initially wanted to sell the apartment but my wife suggested I rent it out to responsible person who will be ready to take care of it. that's why we are willing to rent it out to you. its already been furnished, that's one of the major reason I said you should help me take very good care of it, and there is a storage unit in which you can put some of my stuff that you will not used in the apartment.
So I would want you to go through this email and get back to us with your current correctly with zip code. We will be sending the following document to you via carrier service to the current address and the shipping details tracking number will be sent to you. Please once again, we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint us and I promise you that you will love the apartment. You will be making payment for the last month rent/deposit refundable fee before your tenancy to enable shipment of the keys and document to the address provided, You can move in at your convenience once the down deposit is made, you are only paying for the first month rent only at your convenient time when you move in, because I don't want to do something that will be stressful or difficult to my fellow human being all we want from you is to help us take good care of it property which I believe you can! The rent starts counting when you move in, below document with us and will be sending to you once the payment is made.

3) The house documentary file.
4) Full Description of the house
5) Payment Receipt

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
