my wife advices me to put it out for rent that’s why we put it out for

The main reason why the house is for rent is that I got transfer from
my place of work to West Africa to preach the gospel to the
unbeliever's and even reaching out good things to the orphanage
children, and I will be away for good 3 years or more that is the main
reason I had to take my family along with me, and we cant leave the
house for 3 good years, that’s why we really want good people that can
take very good care of the house so that we will be very happy when we
get back home and we will still be good family friends, so if you are
interested in taking good care of our house, then my family will be
ready in accepting you as our new tenant who will be fully in charge
of our house. If you really impress us by taking good care of our

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
