Thanks for your interest and inquiries about my apartment.I want you to know that I'm renting it out to you due to my re-location of job to here in Texas,United State. I'm a visible sign instructor/demonstrator, which I do work for church ministration voluntarily and in-dependably. I left the city with hope that I will be coming back soon but right now the work has taken me to stay for another 3yrs under contract agreement, that's why I have made up my mind to put up my apartment for rent..We will be away for 3 years or more that is why I have made up my mind to put up my apartment for rent to whom ever that will take good care of it. Also how long do you intend to stay? How soon do you intend to move in? Like i have told you before that am not currently in the country, So its going to be a little bit hard for you to view the inner part of the apartment because the keys are here with me, And i will have love to ship the keys to you so that you can be able to view it free of charge but am sorry that will not be possible because the last tenant i sent our keys to stole lots of my property, and i have also been contact with the time wasters, Moreover, i sent the key to a very trustworthy friend of mine but he betrayed me and collide together with the tenant that they both stole the properties, So since then i don't like sending out keys, So let me know if you are ready to rent the apartment from us with the condition guiding it,And also not that you can't view the inner part for now, not until you are ready to proceed.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
