I also got this recently on Craiglist. I guess Lynda has been working hard and will continue fishing out there! I almost loosing $2000 to her. She is from UK, and she asked her uncle send me a check on a UPS package for $2750 for me to pay her custom fee for her car and her personal belonging. I then asked her what shipping company and why doesn't her uncle pay them direct but me !!!

Hi Linda, I am still working at work until another few hours. I do like your personal style and would love to have you in my house as a roomate. I will send you more pictures of the room and a leasing contract. As soon as you send back the sign contract with the deposit of the last month rent, I will secure the room for you. And as you arrive, I need to have the rent for the 1st month.The other 2 female roomates occupy the lower 2 bedrooms and they share together 1 bath room. I do have washer & dryer machine and you are welcome to use. The house is located on the main street which might have some noise if we open the windows in the summer time. The fall season is coming up and usually we close all the windows. We are all working and hardly being at home during the day time. At night time, we can get together if you like, but in general everyone is busy and they keep private of their time. During the week end, we can sleep late on Friday night and wake up late on Saturday morning, so we all in agreement to keep the schedule that way. The house is kept clean and I share all my house items with the roomates with some rules in the respect of the ownership and sharingship. For example: if you need to use the pot or pan for cooking, then we expect that they are being clean right after so the others can use. The furnisture in the living room can be shared if the roomate use it as their own. To me that's kind of muture respect is important to keep the friendship or the harmony of all the roomates in the household. If ithese general rules are ok with you, I am looking forward to add you as another household into my family.

I forgot to answer some of your question regarding the farmer market and flower shop. The house is about 15 minutes to downtown Tacoma where you would die for the local farmer products and flowers, see attached link info:
Anyway, we all are geting along just like family. It's a very nice, friendly and proffesional environment. I attached a couple of the bed room and bath room for you to see, every room is big and the house is a very good size.
