i accept with your offer (1050$) during the period of (7 July- 1 September) but you will still need to pay for the security deposit $700 which is refundable during the departure time from the room.

YOUR ARRIVAL DATE
YOUR DEPARTURE DATE
YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS
A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR PICTURE and PASSPORT ID,

So that i can quickly instruct our family lawyer to prepare the tenant agreement form for you, to see the terms and condition of the contract and if you are okay with the terms and condition then you can proceed with the payment to my mother in London Via western union money transfer..so that the room can be reserve for you till your arrival date because there are a lot of people that also have interest in renting the Apartment,but my mother prefer the most serious person who pay her first...

The signed agreement form will be send to you first through attached mail(with the scanned page of my international passport).for you to read and understand,after which you will proceed with the payment ,I'll now send you the original copy through a registered courier to your address for you to sign and bring along with you when moving in.

She seems reliable person but not! Never trust a person who asks your passport number and wants the deposit through western union. Never send money before seeing the house.

Thanks to this website I just caught another scammer : "[email protected] " which sent me the exact same e-mail content with in a post here. So I wanted to warn you people about this "Shea Rebekah" girl who tried to scam me before and signed up. I followed this girl and caught her trying to scam again but with another name "Sarah Ann Mark". I just recognized that this was the same girl from that the address was the same So I never mailed her, directly warned the website: easyroommate.com (which is a rental website full of scams) and they deleted her ad. Now I am gonna warn them again for this [email protected].
