Everything is included in the rental deposit. Like i said earlier, We made the rent low so that any one who takes it can help us take good care of the place for the time we will be away.

Here is a little about us, I am originally from California and fell in love with a Canadian man so I married him, we have been married for 12years now and we have two lovely kids, a boy and a girl, My husband is a civil engineer and he is an hardworking man and is always on the move so I am left to take care of the issue of getting a good tenant for the apartment. The apartment will be free for the next 3 year and 6 months and we are okay with any long or shot term rental.

The entire floors are made of polished fine woods and it needs cleaning regularly to keep it in form and shining. The fancy lights bring out the beauty at night. The picture on the wall of the bedroom cost us a lot and need care in handling it. The bed is large enough for 2/3 persons to sleep and the floor will need constant cleaning as well.

I and my husband equipped the kitchen to the taste of every one that love cooking. But if you don't want to cook make sure the kitchen is clean and everything locked up safe for me. The bathroom is made of tiles all thru and it has everything you can think of except I don't know that thing you need there that was not included. There is even a cosmetic shelf in the bathroom and it is for both males and females.


How soon will you like to move in, so that I can reserve the apartment for you.Meanwhile before then we will sign a paper work before any deposit will be paid, rental agreement will be signed by both parties before we can accept any security deposit or rental deposit.

I am grateful for the progress of everything, and may His grace continue to lead us.I have let my husband in the respect of (Ted Dew ) aware of your mail and he made me understand that he would like to speak with you on phone.I must confess that you really sound like the type of person we have been praying to God to come our way and now is like a dream come through.Our apartment is located in a nice and secure area,with off street secure parking.There is washer/dryer in our apartment which are included in the rent.


All we want is a very responsible tenant,that will take absolute care of our beautiful apartment as if it were his/her own.I must be straight to you that we have been disappointed with our apartment before,our former agent lease the apartment to a tenant who almost destroy most of my husband valuable things.We have made up my mind to manage the apartment ourselves and take our time to look for an honest,clean,tidy and responsible person to live in the apartment.We are just trying to be extra careful, that is why we are really taking our time to inspect on the kind of tenant to choose.Our apartment is a very private beautiful one,clean and fully furnished.Located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood,we believe you will love to stay.

To make this easy for you and not waste too much time since we are busy here with other things in mind, we have decided to sign a rental agreement with you. In these case 2 months rent deposit, that is the first and last month rent with refundable security deposit of $250 will be paid at the same time the rental agreement is signed to book and hold down the apartment.

We have everything intact in the apartment,and I believe you will love the neighborhood of our apartment,because it is located in a clean,quiet and secured environment.You can visit the location anytime to have the experience on the neighborhood,and when you going please mind the way you will patrol on the street so that you wont be harass by the security around.You will have the access and the direction to our apartment,as soon as you have our apartment keys/documents with you.


The main reason why we are giving out our lovely apartment for rent is because,we are presently in ( Bancroft, Ontario) for a contract work with a construction company and the contract is taking us away for 3 years before we will return to the apartment.We are with the keys and the documents of the apartment here,and my husband will be using DHL courier service to post the keys/documents to the our new tenant,after we have come to an agreement.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I may have some information on this post, I met a gentlemen on line who asked me to post some ads on Craig'slist with this same e-mail address, and others. He claims to have an uncle named Dew Ted, from bancroft. Ontario. He also says he is a civil engineer. I have been trying to research him continuously, I found his profile on many social and dating websites, when I asked him why his answer was that someone must have stolen his identityat one of the internet cafes he used maybe when he worked in Nigeria. His phone number is a nigerian number also, he claims to have gotten this phone number when he was working in Nigeria. He goes by the name Richard Olmar, I am trying to see if he is a scammers. Can anyone help me find out? I met him from Facebook, just google him and you will find out what I already know plus I have more inf ormation too.

He is a scammer.

He is asking you to place ads for him because the ads are used to attract victims to his scams. Craigslist does have some controls in place to reduce the number of scammers--and one of those controls is to not allow ads placed from Nigeria or from some proxies. Since he is in Nigeria, the easiest way to get his scam ads placed is to convince someone who is in an area that is not blocked to place them.

Please do not place ads for him, as doing so is helping him to commit crimes. Just cut off all contact with him completely.
