Thank you for been interested in my house. I am the owner of the home which you are making inquiry,right now the house is still Available for rent.I decided to rent out the house because we are going to spending more time here in Abuja for about 3 to 4 years here... Let me start by introducing myself.
I am very new in this landlord business. However, My name is LEMOINE FRITZ F JR i and my family own the house, Due to my job as a Am a Medical Doctor, I work for American Red Cross Lutheran Hospital Donor Center,and now i have been transfer to Abuja to work in a branch in Abuja. I spent less time in the States,the initial plan was to sale out the House. which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the prize and it takes longer to sell so If you drive by the house you may see a sign there, you have nothing to worry about it belongs to our previous agent so you have absolutely nothing to worry about and you don't have to call them because they do not have access to the house anymore, although it was when I knew how long we are going to stay in Abuja that I decided to rent out the house myself. However,the house rent includes all the utilities in the house so there is nothing to worry about that utilities,so that is the reason and more we need a responsible person or family that can take very good care of just like is, I’m interesting in a good tenant that will consider the home as his/her personal home and take good care of it,We will be very pleased if we can find the right/potential tenant to rent our home
Please i want you to note that i spent a lot on my property so i wont want you to take advantage of me because i wont be in the states please once again i will want you to take care of my house well and good okay, so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own, It is not the money that is the main problem but i want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for a check up. I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word, if there is anything you really want to ask me just feel free to do so ok, i want you to let take each order just like family,so you are free to move in as soon as you wish okay and i pray everything works the way i have planed....

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
