The bigger room cost £400 while the smaller room cost £350 a month.I am looking for students or professional people to occupy the room, Deposit is only £400 plus 1st month Rent. hello, thanks for the mail.. yes i live in the flat as a owner..my father leave the whole house for me before he dead.. I can't say much about myself but I can say a little of what my friends do say about me. I am an easy going, dedicated,honest,intelligent God fearing person and devoted as well. I'm an open minded, I love been honest with people I meet and hate cheating in whatever I saw cos I don't want be cheated as well. the apartment has a Central Air and Heat,refrigerator,dishwasher, dryer,oven,internet,Cable TV,Air conditioner...It also has a garage and I'm ready to accept either monthly or upfront mode of payment..depending on the one you're most comfortable with..Utilities include: power, water,sewer and trash..Your monthly rent already covers utilities so you do not have to pay extra charges for that i`m not renting it because of money but just because i need someone to stay in the House and also from the way you write you seems to be a good tenant I can let the place to you.. yes visit do allow. you have no problem about that.I send you the tenancy form, Kindly fill it and email it back to me, i can get it approved from the Resident council

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
