We are sorry about the late response.The caretaker we assigned to the property has not been able to reply because he his not compitent to take good care of the Property and we are now ready to be in charge of the Home.
We are the property owners and we have decided to take responsibility of the rental property. We are also currently based in Texas, but we are able to make necessary arrangements to finalise this rental from here, as well as provide necessary paperworks and keys to gain access/entrance to the property, when the need arises.
It is a newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 1 extra room, 2.5 bathrooms. It has an attached garage and room for RV or boat. It has a large living room,Coved ceilings, arched doorways, solid brick construction, hardwood floors with a modern kitchen that includes a coffee bar and is open to the family room and living room. The bathrooms are all updated. The open plan kitchen with freshly painted cupboards. Pets allowed are strictly birds, cats and small dogs. Larger dogs may be considered based on assessment. The garage space is perfect for a tradesman with equipment to store.
The rental fee is $800 monthly, with security deposit required at $800. Total money required for move in is $1600 i.e. security deposit and first month rent in advance. Utilities included with rents are cable, telephone, television, heating, electricity and water. Tenants will be responsible for other utilities asides these.
The house is available from 1st of May. The house can be located on 10136 S Wallace Street, Chicago IL 60628. It’s on a quiet inner city street close to Parks,shopping Complex,Restaurants, Schools, steps away from the bike pathways and public transit. There are schools and a community centre. The house is also close to shopping, grocery stores, video stores, and many restaurants. Quiet avenue,low traffic and lots of green space.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
