Thanks for the mail.the house is still available for rent,The house was completely renovated when i and my family is still living in the house easy access to Public Transportation.The Bedroom house is equipped with everything you can need for your stay: fully equipped kitchen, Refrigerator, Microwave,Gas Range,Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Hood Over Range, Granite Counter,living room with Cable/Satellite TV,High Speed Internet Access Available,washing machine.. bedrooms, bath. and large living room with appliances including in-suite washer and dryer, Electric heating, Wall Furnaces .

Terms and conditions:
Monthly rental payment:$800
utilities included
Refundable Security deposit:$500
min rental: 1 month

maximum rental: 6 year + or more.
Furthermore,I was the one staying in the house before I left the city on a duty transfer to west Africa.,and the house had been there without anybody living in it,so I now need somebody to rent my house while I am away. I look for a reputable agent that will take a very good care of the house while we are away but could not found any so we left with the house keys and document when leaving. If you will be the right tenant to our house, we will get the keys and documents of the house sent to you via courier services as soon as all terms are settled. I will be online through out to get back to you as soon as you are able to get back to me. I would want to know how soon you would want to move in as I will be taking a 1 month plus refundable security deposit upfront payment all to be $1300 to move in to the house including all the utilities there. I am asking for $800 and I believe we should be
able to help ourselves. I am accepting $800 because I want you to take a very good care of the house while I am away.. I am looking forward to hear from you ASAP so that we can have the keys and papers sent to you via FedEx or ups e.t.c, also are you ready to rent it now or when? Await your reply. The good Lord has been good to me, I am paying him back with my missionary call.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I found this house available on Dallas Morning News and emailed the person this is the response I received. Look familiar. Different name, different email, different address. Everything else looks the same.
