This scammer is offering a rental home in Kailua Kona Hawaii and is a pretty sofisticated operator even offering a fake lease agreement as an attachement in Word format. The e-mail string below is an exampl, of how he operates. His so called cell phone number is a Magic Jack and is untraceable, and his payment requirement using Western Union is the classic scammer warning sign! be carful not to fall for this guys scam!

This sounds really great. I would feel a lot better about this if you could provide a lease agreement so we can be clear on the terms. Can you offer a three year lease agreement so I do not have to worry about you selling the the house out from under me? Once I have the agreement all done I will send the money to you. I would like to send you a cashiers check payable to you, and avoid the Western Union fees. I just paid my rent for the place I am living in so I have until the end of the month to move.
