Hi everyone,
i've been lucky finding scamwarners, because i was about to loose 350€ (100 + 250€ deposit), i posted a request for a flat in malaga, spain, and in less than 24h i had a feedback with pictures and very kind person describing herself, her work and habits. Her name is Maria M. and her email was first

i googled about both but nothing came up!
What is funny is that i went to that place with google maps - street view, and the address that was given is the entrance of a multilevel parking.... hahaha, i can imagine my face if i'd ever fall in such a scam!!! Actually it's not fun at all, a lot of people lost money, and those B4574rd5 have to be stopped.
How i discovered the scam? i'm a designer, working for the comunication industry since the beginning of the nineties, graphics, 3d, video, web design, and computer graphics in all it's forms. I was curious with one of the pictures of the flat, because the exif info (invisible data stored inside the picture) indicated that one picture was taken oin 2006 and the others in may 2012, and the camera used for the shoot was a nikon d70 (used to have one) wich is actually a prosumer, it's difficult to find "amateur" renting people using semipro equipment. Maybe i may be a little too 4N4L but after all i discovered the scam this way, i then i googled with the body of last email and came here!!!
I'll keep on playing a little with her/him and will see what kind of bank account or payout is asked then it'll be fun. I'll keep you informed.
Avoid these persons and don't give away data and money without searching a bit more info about what's happening to you. Anyway scammers act using social engineering, they tempt you, they are kind, they show pictures or whatever, then they tend to accelerate, trying to distract you in a rush, a last minute, or even telling that they have other people wanting what they want to sell you!!!

So,i would like to tell you that i have lots of offer at hand but you are really show interest in my apartment and i may have to make my decision soon...
I also like to let you know that you are doing the best thing by looking for accommodation before coming down to.....
Because a lot of people come everyday and they end up having nowhere to stay because they fail to seek for themselves accommodation before coming down.
So i will advice you to book down the flat in form of reservation..

I need this information's forward to my Lawyer to prepare the tenancy contract Agreement form,so i can send it to you,for you to go through the terms and conditions regards living in my apartment.
Regard the rent, rent and security deposit 'll be pay in advance before your arrival date,so that i 'll be positive and sure about your rent but before that, I'll need to prepare the lease agreement contract for you to go through it in order to know the terms and rules regard in living in my apartment.
About myself – young professional girl, I work in the city as a professional Marketing and Public Relations and have a fairly active social life; that said I also enjoy staying in and chilling out in front of the T.V. watching a game of rugby (I like watching most sports although I tend to shy away from football) or a film and travel a lot due to nature of my job… anything really.
I like cooking (in fact I'm a mean cook and it would probably be a huge injustice if I didn't make dinner for you on occasion), I enjoy having my friends round (at respectful hours) and while I'm keen to make new friends I don't need to live in anyone's pocket - I enjoy my 'alone time just as much as anyone else'!
