Thanks for the response and interest in renting my home, which my wife and i occupied before leaving for Mississippi. We left on a self Mission following God’s Call to Preach the Word and Let people of all Nations Hear About Him. My wife and I thought of ourselves and asked God what we would Give him and He says we should sacrifice our life and give him the best we can,letting humans know about him. The bible account of Luke 12: 29-31, Don’t seek what you will eat or what you will drink; neither be anxious. For the nations of the world seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things. But seek God’s Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you. We decided to do the missionary work.Which my family and I have spent so much time and money to maintain it up till its standard. We have been trying our best to make the house as clean as possible, because am a clean person and we don’t like dirt around our surroundings..So we are looking for a well-behaved, clean and honest tenant to rent out our house too. So we will like you to give us your word and promise us that you will take good care of our house so that we will be happy when we come to visit you in the future.. We would like to work any flexible plan you have on your term of renting, Long or short term or month by month.While we were leaving,we took along with us the keys just to view the Land if it would be favourable for God’s Work,on getting down here we decided to stay and Go On preaching the Good News, so I have to look for an agent, after getting one, we got a deal but later he Betrayed us and forge some documents to win the house because we send the keys to him and we later go to court and get the house back, so my wife advised against that we should rent the place out, in other to keep our head in-case we will be returning back because we will be here for 5-6yrs and she insist that we have to keep the house because she really love the place. I reasoned with her and accept her advise. So I contact the agent we gave the job back and request for my keys and documents, because we don't want get into another problem again so i am handling the renting myself Until We have the house rent out. All we are after is to find someone that will take absolute care of the property for us. I know there is no way I can be sure that you are the right person to live in the house because we won't be able to see physical before sending you the keys and the documents to occupy the space. But I just had a feeling that anyone who knows what it takes to put the kind of structure down should know that maintaining a building is mandatory, so if you belief you can take good care of the house and handle it like yours then I will be more than happy to let you rent the house if you can promise me & my family that you will sure take very good care of the house for us as if it was your own. Note: the Rent is $ 1500 (Utilities included in RENT)
Security Deposit is $ 1000 (Which Is Refundable)

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
