Hello,
Thank you for the interest in my gorgeous flat for rent, the rooms are 18m2, while the whole flat is 96m2.
Little about me, my name is Ulf Harzmann, i am mixed British and German, i share the both nationality as my Father is British while my Mother a German but stays in UK mostly. I have lived in both Germany and Scotland UK for many years and i am basically used with the British style as i
was brought up in UK, i bought the property sometimes early 2010 while I was working full time in Berlin.
The apartment is a fully. furnished two bedroom apartment, the apartment is actually vacant now and i am looking to rent out a room as soon as possible, you can rent
from immediately or reserve for later dates. It is a two bedroom with a living/sitting room, kitchen and separate bath/toilet for each rooms.
I will like to let you know that you can rent my apartment for either a short or long time as i am in the UK now and as I just signed a new contract with the company where i work for here so you can even rent it for a long time as long as you want to stay, you
can rent up to at least 2-3 years as my new contract lasts almost 4 years which i might even extend again later and also you can rent for just few Months if you want a short term rental. It cost 300 Eur per Month for a room which includes the utilities/bill and the and the deposit is 700 Eur which will be refunded back to you at the end of your
stay.
The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with fridge,Heater,cooker,stove, cupboard, table and chair and so on.
The apartment is located in a very peaceful and cool environment, each room is furnished with TV,CD,internet,chairs,
wardrobe,reading table, bed, bedsheets, pillow and
pillow cases, clothe hanger and so on. The living room has a couched chair and beautifully furnished.
It is a two bedroom with toilet and bath separately as i said ealier above, it is situated at Reichenberger Str. 133 10999
Berlin Kreuzberg, it is about 10 Mins walk to the city center. You will have your room with your privacy and will only share the kitchen and living room with the other Tenant in the other room, also you can be chanced to find a suiting Tenant for the second room by your self or if you dont mind i can find the second Tenant as well.
I am simply looking for someone to take very good care of my properties even at my
absence as i will be away. Someone to take the place like it is his/her own so i will like to see the two Tenant in peace and harmony.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
