Grazie per la tua risposta .Appartamento se trova a Madonna del Pilone.Ho comprato questo appartamento per la mia figlia perche ha studiato in Italia , ma questo anno ha finito i studi è tornata a casa in Inghilterra. Ho deciso affittare il appartamento perche non mi serve per prossimi 10-12 anni .l'appartamento e arredato come foto.io può affittare l'appartamento arredato o vuoto.faciamo come vuoi tu.
Tutte utenze sono attive e l'appartament ha TV digitale, garage, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice.
Prima di andare avanti vorrei sapere per quanto tempo tu vuoi affittare .
alcuni dettagli di me: Il mio nome è Francesco Ricci e io sono un ingegnere di 48 anni da Manchester, Regno Unito ....."
I received in my email-box while looking for an apartment,but something was "trilling" on my ear immediately!
1 it was too cheap to be real...
2 i thought it was too young (48)to be already engineer and father and married and living in Mancherster...(many"and",actually)-
3 why was francescoricci28@ instead francescoricci48@ in his mail?
4 his italian was full of grammatical mistakes
5-I wrote to him in english and his answer was still in italian
I stared looking for any kind of clue on line ,on social net etc etc whitout find anything,until i found YOU!!!
I'M suspicious person,but this time I WAS RIGHT!
Good luck for me,i didn't make any deal.
