Thanks for your email and interest in renting my house. I am BIPIN PRADHAN. The owner of the 4br 2.5ba Single-Family Home at 8803 Hawthorne Drive, Eden Prairie MN 55347. We've decided to rent out the property due to our transfer to (West Africa) on a Missionary Work because, in a church here called World Mission, led by Arch-Bishop (Mrs.) Margaret Benson Idahosa. I had a thought of selling the house of which i did a research for an agent to handle it on our behalf and after getting one, we got a deal of looking for a realtor to help us get a tenant but due to the inability to get a good Realtor management to help us with the property of me and my Family had to leave with the keys and document of the house when leaving. later my wife advised against selling the house.Presently, it is no longer for sale, under minding the for sale sign up there in the building which I put there before leaving.So we are renting it out since we need someone to take good care of the property on our absent because we just lower the rent to the convenient price so that we can find the right person to occupy it.
We are looking for a well-behaved, clean and honest tenant to rent out our house.We will like you to give us your word and promise us that you will take good care of our house so that we will be happy when we come to visit you in the future. We are willing to work on any flexible plan you may have on your term of renting,Long or short term or month by month.I hope you will promise me to take very good care of the house always if i do rent my house to you. I believe you have seen how lovely it is if from only the pictures you saw in my posting compare to the 100% comfort to be derived from it as an occupant. Please note that you will only be able to drive by the house for now but can't have a look at the interior until I have sent the keys and documents of the house to you. Utilities include Water, Trash, Sewer, Gas etc. Please note that, a deposit payment would be required if accepted to have the property rented.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
