Thanks for your email, We personally own the property, And we want our property to be well taken good care of on our absent, and they are some rules and regulation in which i do give out to tenant willing to rent my house, so please don't disrespect my order, But if you are still capable of renting our place the rules and regulation goes this way.
You must keep my house clean including the surrounding, you must know the way in which you use the stove so as to avoid fire outbreak,you must not disturb the neighbor. We decided to rent out the property due to our transfer to West Africa on
a Missionary Work in a church here called World Mission, So we are renting it out since we need someone to take good care of the property on my absent. And don't be surprise if you find the home with another site on a deference price,We plan to rent it through Real Estate before we found out that they are not trustworthy because they have a lot of houses to rent out and they added some money to the rent and the commission is not fear.
Have this in mind you must know the kind of person that I'm, But nevertheless I'm giving you this rules because of what corresponded between me and my last tenant. the keys and documents are with us here in West Africa... So i will need to ship them to you before you can occupy the house, But you can drive by the house any time to take a look at the area and surroundings of the place and peek through the windows if you don't mind.
So let me know if you are still interested so that i can forward you the Rental Questionnaire to fill out...

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
