Hello,

My name is Cristelle ..I have just read your email regarding my 1 bedroom apartment in PARIS Center you are making inquiry of.. the accomodation monthly ( 500 euros / month), all charges included but as the apartment is registered, there's possibility to pay a litlle cheap ( 400 euro monthly) by getting CAF (French government rent allocation) refund . There's not possibility to rent the flat less than one week. If you want to rent it weekly, it will be 150 euros per week. The Flat is available for the stay time you have mentioned. It is not a share flat. It is also not a sublet. It is the temporary rent direct by owner. Below are the details of my apartment. The flat makes approximately 22 square meters,.. located in a quiet street 52, Rue Jacob , Paris , France..... Rue Jacob is a lovely quiet street and the apartment is situated close to the river Seine . It’s an ideal base to explore the city, go shopping and relaxing! Close a Metro station, supermarket, post office, good restaurants just down the street.. The apartment is fully furnished and it comprises of eat-in newly, fitted kitchen with all machines including cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer; a fully tiled contemporary bathroom /WC. An area of study, with WI-FI Internet service (Unlimited connection Internet, in wifi mode and cables), telephone service, TV Cable with more than 300 channels.

The Flat is very central located in center in an Parisian building, around the most upscale in the city of Paris. The apartment is right next to Metro Stations Cluny-La Sorbonne, Saint Michel, Odeon, Saint Germain des pres, ,. . The flat is available at the period you need. I have attached pics for you to see how great the apartment is. The apartment is in the 6th Arrondissement, just steps from the romantic street Saint germain de pres, near metro saint Michel. The apartment is charming and bright, with lovely floors, well, to take pictures of Paris and delicious Hot Chocolate cafe. This pleasant and very sympatric area is also young, vibrant and hip with new restaurants and cafes popping up regularly. But, the flat is located in a very quiet street.... I would like to have a brief introduction of your activity while your stay in Paris, so that I can have idea of whom you are . About myself, I am French female; did medicals studies and work as doctor and health expert in a French hospital based in PARIS. .. I am owner of this one bedroom flat in Paris.

Look attached photos of the flat and if you're interested in the apartment, I would like you to get back to me with your final decision after viewing the interior pictures and let me know if you are interested with the rental so that we should proceed with the next line of process..

As soon as l will hears from you l will send you mores information’s about how we can proceed with the necessary details to make the booking, to prepare the contract and the reservation necessary for your move in, so that you can have a surly and secure place to arrive at when you get to PARIS, and will not need to waste money on hotel lodging before getting the fine flat, as you should know that it is not easy to get accommodation in PARIS. You should expect the booking information in the next email and kindly provide me with the following details for the preparation it (your exact stay time in the flat and some personals propositions, if you have). ..

Yours Sincerely
douce

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
