I was searching for a room in stockholm until I found a really nice one, hier you can see it http://www.gabinohome.com/de/advert/124843
First they made a contact via skype and i wrote with somebody named Daniella Reho, who tells me that she is searching for a roommate. Afterwards I get an email from the owner of the flat:
'Good Afternoon,Find the contract attached with this email do sign it and send a copy back to me,you need to provide your bank account details for the refund of the security deposit.the deposit will be refund 2 or 3 days before your move out date from the apartment after inspection
See below for my bank account details for the payment.Once the transfer is done you can send me a confirmation of the transfer like a receipt giving to you or anything as a proof.

Bank: Nordea Bank
Kontonummer: 1541 35 40884
IBAN: SE5830000000015413540884
BIC(SWIFT-ADRESS): NDEASESS
I send an email back that I do not want to back the money before I have seen the flat. Then I get this email:
'The rent and deposit needs to be paid now,i don't understand what exactly you meant by you have had a bad experience before but whatever it is i hope you are not trying to insult my personality?
If you want any form of proof from me i can provide that and besides paying into my personal bank account should be enough proof for you.'
Then I asked for an ID to get some more proof and she send me an fake ID where you can see that the name was copied in. So don't trust any Jane Adibe.
I hope this could help some other persons. greets
