Thank you for writing back concerning the AD i work with an Advertising company, i live in this property alone with my family , my only son has traveled down to Africa with the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) you can check out their website on http://ptinigeria.org/, i am very clean, quit busy, still look out time,make sure everywhere are in good conditions ,Am giving out this place due to my work i got transferred here in Edmonton to monitor series of advertisement and i don't know how long it will take me here,am placing out this lovely place for rent to someone with an open heart,love and clean to put all my worries off concerning maintenance and rent fee , since i won't be living there with who ever take possession,i am looking into both Long and short term lease on a month to month or yearly basis, furnished , semi furnished or un-furnished.

I left behind all Facilities and electronics , kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, I left behind the keys & documents with an agent before i left , but i noticed he wasn't so reliable , i sent my son home to see how good he is taking care of my home , when he's on holiday and he complained bitterly the agent was the one living in my property , meanwhile he said no one has rented yet, i instructed him to send back the keys and documents to my property while my son went back for his training,for now i would handle everything but i would had loved you meet with the agent for viewing but i don't trust him anymore,also one of the Reason why i am renting this place out is ,i want to use the rent fee for my son's pocket money because i find it hard getting money across to him from here.
