So what happened with this guy? I see a rental on Craigslist for a flat in Edinburgh
by Dotti Wed Jan 29, 2014 9:29 pm
Nothing has happened with the guy. He is sitting in another country, most likely in Africa or Malaysia, posting scams in hope of stealing people's money. His victims are in other countries, and their authorities can't track him down without going through extremely complicated (and costly) red tape. Unless they have traced him to some extremely large dollar amounts, they won't launch an international investigation as it is too costly.

That's why we post the info here--posting the information on the scammer helps to ensure that victims can learn the truth without losing money.

Okay, thank you, I thought it may be too good to be true. I just wasn't sure if that was a concerned listing or more likely a known scammer.
