I'm Samuel and my wife is Winifred E,and we both work for the Red Cross society.. We came to Africa on Friday 4/05/12 in supporting long term needs for clean water in Kenya, Sudan, Mali Nigeria and Ethiopia - providing the everyday needs of more than 389,500 people. Also committed to mitigating the impact of HIV/AIDS, which kills more than 6,000 Africans, every day, we are supporting community garden programs for AIDS sufferers and their families.
The programs not only improve the nutrition of AIDS patients and their children, but also provide them with an additional source of income with which to keep children in school and provide necessities of day-to-day living. We are also working to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS through its peer education program called "Together We Can." The program will reach more than 450,000 youth ages 10 to 24 with curriculum, peer-to-peer outreach, "edutainment," and mass media-based HIV prevention messages. We ensure we reach both the individual and community level to provide a holistic, grassroots response to the HIV pandemic.
We are renting our house because we will be spending a long term here in Africa and also we don't intend staying there anymore when we return because we already bought a new home and we both decide to find a responsible person who we can trust that will be able to take proper care of our home as if it your own home and also the rent is included with the utilities and you can rent it for as long as you want because it available for both short and long term rentals.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
