I have really decided to rent out the House as a result of my relocation to Boyertown,PA . I had an accident with my whole family few months ago which made me deaf and disabled... So i need someone very honest and kind to rent my home. I am really willing to rent this home out because i won't be staying there anymore, so you can have the house as long as you want because i am now staying in my newly built home here in Boyertown,PA I would love you to go and view the home asap.. If you are willing to see the interior then you can peek through the window, with that you will be able to see the interior..... I am sorry i am not there and i have the keys with me here in Boyertown,PA.... So i would want you to really bear with me.
Don't be surprised when you get to the home and see a for sale sign in the home, i had the intention of selling the home but i thought about it again and decided to rent out the home.. Because it is a very beautiful home and i will always love to call it my home. So i will want you not to bother yourself about any sign you see in the home saying it is for sale... and i don't want you to contact them because i am now renting out my house and don't have anything with them anymore. Moreover, i have canceled my contract with them.
I have provided the address to the home below, so you will have to go drive by the home and get back to me as soon as possible so that i can forward you the application.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
