Thanks for your interest in renting my house, This House is owned by me and my wife only,Thanks for the interest about our House. We are a Christian Family, We work helping missionaries in Uganda, Cuba, Africa and others poor Countries. The House is still available for Short and Long Term Lease it depends on the tenant, Looking forward for a Responsible Family who knows what it's takes for the House, I wanted to sell this House before leaving the state but my wife advised i put it out for rent for future purpose so i changed my mind to rent it out so in case you see any for sale disclose it okay because it is no more for sale and now for rent. Tenant will be the one to remove the for sale sign as soon as he or she moves in the house.
Once again I am renting this House to a responsible and neat person or family who has the fear of God and treat my House as his or her own. Presently i moved out of the House. I sort of do some work with a charity that focuses on subsaharan Africa, lots of work in Kenya, S. Africa and West Africa.I am presently in West Africa, and it was an absolute life changing. And also i will be away for 8 years or more and this is why am actually renting it out so if you are interested and will take good care of our House then i will be ready to accept you as my future tenant and family friend. If you really impress me by taking good care of the House then you will be allowed to stay as long as you wish okay. Pets are OK because we love pets too...

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
