Rental Scam - Ronald Schmidt [email protected]

Wow, I almost got taken today by the same parties. Was strange that the number showed up as an international number on my mobile phone. Number came from +234 806 520 3625. Person could hardly speak English and the call quality was pretty bad. Listing amount seemed to good to be true for the Alexandria, VA area anyway. Definitely did not sound like a Ronald Schmidt. Red flags galore. Be forewarned and avoid these guys!
