This is a scam for a rental apartment at 950 Drake St., Vancouver, BC posted on Craigslist beginning June 7, 2012. It involves two names, Paul Smith ( posing as a missionary in Africa) and Heather Smith (his wife, located in Calgary), and even includes a (fake) picture of the happy couple.
It came with details and pics of a too-good-to-be-true apartment. They ask for a MoneyGram deposit of $850.00.
