Hello,
I've been currently looking for a flat in Cologne, Germany. I've been contacted by someone named "istamis landay" via the web-site "wg-gesucht.de". He sent me a mail under the name Marcus and the email address "[email protected]".He's offering me his flat but I don't know if it's safe or not. Could you tell me if it is?

Thank you for this quick answer. So, the flat's rent amouts to 750€ a month (included charges), which makes 350€ per person. But I need to know if there's already someone in the flat. I would prefer that because I can't find another roommate from France. But if there is, I'm interested in it (especially in the furnished room!). Could you send me some pictures of it?
Hello,A girl had already made a reservation for a room in the flat but
she will move in by 1st July.I had a room left and these are the flat
pictures attached to this mail.There are many others requesting for
the room ,so i will suggest you make a reservation for the room

you can rent from September and that is the date which will be written
in the contract as your moving in date.A girl had also requested for a
month,which is 1st july to 1st August,in that case you can make a
reservation for the month of September and i will get it reserved for
