Hello,
Am pleased that you are interested in our lovely 2BR/1BA Single Family home for rent. I am Sgt Krystal Nelson the owner of this home,a former US Marine Sgt. served in the 3rd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment that Patrols the Anbar province, Iraq.My family and i resided in this home, presently I work as a volunteer with Catholic Revival programmed at the Ermita de San Antonio (St. Anthony Hermitage)here in (AFRICA)And my wife who is a missionary dealing with Bible Translation and literacy worldwide.
I decided selling my house,because we will be staying here in africa for a good number of years,i contracted an agent in the states to facilitate the sale of our home,but we couldnt proceed with the sale of the property because we love and cherish the house,my wife and i decided to have it rented out.We have decided to rent our house a little bellow the standard price as an incentive to our potential tenant because we are keen about the absoloute care of the property not the rental fee.
We will be serving for a long term minimum(5years),presntly we are settled in a new home in africa,our home is locked up although it's available for rent at ($400)as first month rent while security deposit payment is at($400)utilities included such as washer,dryer,water,internet and gabage.
We will appreiciate a neat and honest person,we expect you to treat the house as it it were yours,i have the keys and documents here,i will be willing to send them to an interested and reliable tenant via fedex, though i may not be able run an effective physical,SSN or prove of income screening based on my absence in the states,the money is not our priority am concerned about the proper care of our home,am renting on trust thats the more reason i require someone who appreciates moral value and intergrity.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary
