Thanks for the mail,I am looking for responsible tenants that he/she is going to take care of the House as if it were your own and he/she will be willing to make the Property clean as we left it and have been transferred by my company to our head quarters in Abuja, Nigeria and won't be coming to the House until Four years now and that means you are renting the Property for long term and short term lease is also acceptable. You can easily drive down there to take a look at the exterior of the house and for the interior you cannot see it because we are with the keys and document of the house. The rent payment per month and it includes the utilities such as Heat, A/C in wall/window, Hydro, cable, Garbage Disposal, Fireplace , Fridge, stove, Dishwasher, Dryer, Breakfast Bar, Dining Table and Sofa Set,Refrigerator,Canopied deck overlooking nature.,internet access e.t.c .The house is not furnished.I am with the keys and the neccessary document meant for the House and the reason is that I have already asked Realtor to Sell it.But my wife Advised me to rent it out that was why I would love you to get back to me on how you can keep my house clean and your experience with renting my Property. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
