Hello,
Thanks for the interest in sharing my flat. All you pay is rent and the rent is inclusive of all bills including electricity and council tax. The one labeled toilet1 is for the first room while the one labeled toilet2 is for the second room. I am looking for mature students or professional people to rent the rooms, Price/Rates and requirements for the rooms: Rent is £480 plus the security deposit which is £400 altogether making £880.

A little about myself.... I'm a 24 year old single (VERY BUSY). I don't smoke and I don't have pets but i don't mind if you smoke, you will have to work that out with the other flatmates to be. I am easy going and very neat, my hobbies are live music gigs listening to music, i play guitar but its just a hobby really. I also like comedy be it stand up or TV. I work through the week, All I ask is that you don't bring ANY drama! I work approx. 68 hours a week so I'm out of the house a lot. Am super laid back and non-judgmental. Pretty mellow and quite, except for an occasional get-together with friends. Please note that the rent must be paid on time. NO DSS.

My house address: 54 Rupert Street, Soho, London W1D 7PH

The Flat features description: Good Parking facilities available, No parking cost, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. I occupy one bedroom while the other two bedrooms are available for rent and move in ASAP!!!

Home amenities description: Alarm system, Internet wireless and cable, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kitchen access, pots & pans, Crockery, Cutlery, Microwave, Oven, 2 hobs, Refrigerator, Kettle, Large Storage for your luggage.

Nationality: Doesn't matter.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, drama free, No late night parties and wild drama, you must be a responsible and respectable person with absolutely no criminal background, courteous and friendly.

• Please tell me little about yourself?
• Reason for moving?

I also attached the tenancy form for you to fill. Kindly fill out and email it back to me for approval.

Expecting your reply.
Ron.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
