Hi i have been looking for a studio apartment and have came across a lot of scam lately. Recently I have contact with a landlord claiming herself that she is over at UK and the place i want to rent out is over in Australia. This time she sounds a little different to the other scam. She told me me to deposit the bond and first month rent with a company call removals easy (http://removals-easy.com/international_ship/process.php) i check out the website it looks like it could be trust.
Basically the landloard told me that i will make the deposit and then removals easy company will then sent over the keys and contract over and I will get 7 days for me to inspect the place and if i don't like it i would be able to contact the company and get my deposit back. I email the company but when i asked what do i do with the keys and contract if i dont like it i receive no answer and the reply looks a bit doggy.
I then sent another Email to the landlord asking what happens to the future rental payment? how would I be paying it as I hope it would be via paypal or an australian bank account till now I receive no replied and when i go back to http://www.realestate.com.au she has pull out the advertisement.
anyone heard about the removals easy company it looks pretty professional with the lay out and everything and the site state that it has been register under a lot of alliance.
please help me to check it out as i become as cautious now that i have receive so many scam mail!!!!!

I lived in this beautiful apartment for over 2 years and loved every day of it, until last month when I received a promotion and needed to move to London/United Kingdom.
My contract here, in United Kingdom, expires in October 2016, so I can rent you the apartment for max. 4 years.
As long as I have the keys with me, in order to check the apartment, see if you like it, you need to receive the keys and the contract. I have found a way to complete the deal safe and fast, and in this way you will receive the keys in less than 3 days, to be able to take a look at the apartment as soon as possible. The solution is provided by a company called Removals Easy (http://www.removals-easy.com). They are a well known company all over the world, so I went to their office in London and I put the keys along with the additional documents in their custody.

This is the general procedure, but to see the detailed procedure regarding my package go to "Click here to see your sender requirements" and enter my email address.
After that, if you want to go ahead, provide them your shipping information and wait for the invoice. It will include all necessary information regarding payment and delivery.
I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
Removals Easy will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.
You will have to go to a Bank Office, or a Western Union Agent Location and make a money deposit on the Removals Easy company, if you choose Wire Bank payment method and if you have internet banking you can make the transfer online from your home, in 5 minutes.
After you make the deposit you will have to send the info about the money deposit to Removals Easy.
Removals Easy will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you.
After you receive the package , You will go and check the apt and in 7 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apt or not, if all is in order you will instruct Removals Easy to send me the informations about the money deposit and I will be able to receive the funds . If you don`t like the apt they will send your money back to you and you will send them the keys and the contract to them.
