Thanks for your Interest in regard of our Craigslist house for rent.. I own the space you are making inquiry of...Actually I resided in the house with my family before we moved out to an International Conference on Communications (ICC) in Budapest, Hungary. our house is immediately available for move in. The rent remains 800 and security deposit of 500 which includes all utilities.
We are currently on a short trip to Abuja,Nigeria for a flagship conferences of the IEEE communications Society. I will want to stat that i wanted to sell the house but later changed my mind to rent it out to a responsible person, because we are away and will be returning back to the states after 3 years. Apart from being an ICC worker, i am also an evangelist that always keeps to his words and faith in God always.
Please i want you to note that we once had a Realtor to help us get a tenant, but they were handling things too professionally and were extorting people that was interested in renting, so i took the job of their hands and gave the keys/papers works to a trusted relative but later found out how our home was misused in our absence, that is why we tried doing this my self, but couldn't find any tenant while I was still in the state a couple of week ago. so as a matter of urgency for my travel, I do not want my house to be misused in my absence, I decided to take the keys and documents along with me. So I hope you understand and will promise to take very good care of the house always. I really do need to get a very well-behaved person to take occupancy of my house and take good care of it for me also feel free to ask me any question or call the number at the bottom of the email.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
