Here's yet another Craigslist rental ad that is an obvious scam. Here's the link via Craigslist though it's been flagged so you may very well not be able to see it at this point.

However, there's been a slew of them, varying only slightly so anything that vaguely resembles the ad listed below is surely fraudulent.
"$600 / 1br - Spacious and well furnished apt. for rent (Beverly hills)
The only thing you would need is furniture for your bedroom, I have everything else. The bedroom could fit a queen size bed, but a double size would be better suited. Large bedroom window.
In-suite laundry and dishwasher, bath. The unit has its own outside entrance. There is street parking available and a storage locker off the parking garage. "
