I saw your advert on gumtree seeking a room in North london area, and i am so interested in your profile , you had almost the qualities I required in a flatmate which means we will get along fine together.
The flat has the following: Entrancehall with wooden floors. Bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, basin and W.C. Bedroom with a gorgeous 5ftwide double bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with power shower cubicle, basin and W.C. Living room with two comfy leather sofas, coffee table, modern lcd TV.DVD. Sky Broadband.
French doors to small balcony, Dining table and four high backed chairs, kitchen area has a Halogen hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer machine,
The flat is located at Pentonville Road, London, Islington, N1 9LF.
this modern apartment in N1 is situated between Kings Cross and Angel tube stations and it offers a modern fully fitted kitchen, spacious living area, large windows and wooden flooring. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross and also very close to Angel Tube
Rent per month is 300.00GBP all bills inclusive.
The price 75 per week and 300.00GBP per month is inclusive of Internet,Electricity, Gas, Council tax, Constant hot water, Central heating.
About myself: am a very social person that likes to be around fun loving people like myself, I don't like being lonely most time, though I need my quiet moment too. I love to go to cinema, listen to music, read novels (fiction), I hang out with friend, going to parties, I drink but not much, I don't smoke at all but doesn't go against smokers. I am sport loving person too, I love football so much and I follow many League around the world.
I move around the world a lot which gives me the opportunity to learn many culture. I take time to tend to my environment as they mean so much to me, I do have my negative side too but I think am flexible and can live with a lot of different people with different way of life or character. That is all I could say about myself for now but when we meet, we can share more moments.
I am asking for a refundable security deposit of 300.00GBP with the advance one or two months rent in advance

Thank you for swift response and i believe we get on well, and I would have love to facilitate the viewing, but due to the fact that i am already in Belfast, for my new job , and the management will only allow you in to the flat only upon presenting on demand the signed copies of the rental agreement and the payment receipt with a letter of authorization that certify our mutual agreement with the rent and due to the inconviniencies this have caused the in the past
Hence the building management authorities insisted that all the rental agreement and formalities must have been concluded before detailing a potential tenant to come for viewing when the landlord is not around to conduct the viewing personally , the violator is subjected to a fine ,
If you will like to proceed with the rental contract agreement , kindly provide me with your full names as per your passport and your passport copy with the intended move in date with the desired duration of the contract .

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
