This sunny and comfortable One bedroom One living room apartment with a large and cosy living room, a dining corner with a table and window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities including a microwave oven and a coffee machine. The sleeping area offers a double bed and a great en-suite bathroom with overhead shower, The laundry room with washing machines and dryer is right inside the apartment. Utilities include multichannel Flat screen cable TV, Internet access, Electricity/hydro and heating.
Thank you for your interest in my apartment. Maybe I have a shot time to write this as I am at work now but I will try to give you a complete detail of the apartment. I was trying to open a recording studio in Rome at the time I secured the apartment. I was really afraid to give the apartment out to a destructive person. We are trying to establish a new recording studio in Lagos now so the apartment will be open for 3 years and 7 months starting now that I am away and the apartment is empty.
The address is - Via Licia 54, 00183 Roma, Italy.
The utility bills are included in the monthly rent of 600 euros, they are the wireless Internet, Electricity, Laundry, Water and the Flat screen Cable TV. The washer and dryer are in the apartment store room. If you are staying for 1 year and above the first month rent and the last month rents will be paid upfront before you move in, but if you are staying 5 months and below you will pay the first month rent only as deposit before you can move in.
The sleeping area offers a bright and spacious bedroom furnished. The clean en-suite bathroom, fitted with a large stall shower, and toilet. The kitchen is new and complete with everything including refrigerator and dishwasher and the oven. The living room has a flat screen with cable connected to it.
Do you keep pets? Have you rented a furnished apartment before? I don’t have a friend or family there yet and I am not interested in handing out my keys to outside agents that only want to rent out the place and make money for themselves. Instead I only want to deal directly with the tenant renting my apartment to bridge a good understanding.
If you are fine with my terms let me know and we will conclude this. I will sign a clear agreement with you and then accept the rent and then send the keys only to your present address. But if you don’t feel comfortable with my terms I advise you look for a different place to rent.

The rent will be via by western union so I can confirm your address with them a second time before I go to DHL to post the keys. I am sure you will need the details below to pay the rent money instantly and after the rent is sent reply with the 10 mtcn numbers that will be provided. The details must be as it appears in the rental agreement or I will have problems receiving the rent money here.
Western union details:I am going to visit DHL the very same moment I get the rent as your move in date is close it is best if you have the keys as soon as possible. Some should be at home to sign and receive the keys from DHL delivery person and I will send you the tracking for the DHL post after the keys are posted.
