However, if she's only been offered a faculty position, how could she know it would be 70-80 hours per week? And besides, 70-80 hours for a faculty position? Plus, I identified as male in the ad.

While caution is always advisable, I see no significant indicators of scam.

She could be continuing her outside work in addition to teaching, which could explain the hours.
