have to start by saying, it would not be possible like you
have said. I have experienced so many difficulties through showing
property to people without the proof of fund but at the end of the
day, they
messed things up. I am not sure if it's easy to come all the way from
Bristol to show property without a proof of fund. besides,If you
have the money deposited with the COINSTAR money transfer in your
partners name, That means the fund is still within you and your
partner. and i have promised to refund back to you the COINSTAR
charges in which you will be paying to send the fund to your partner.
I am not sure with this method if You have anything to loose. After
you have fund deposited with the COINSTAR in your partner's name,
and scan the receipt you will be getting from the COINSTAR to me
as an attachment to my email. Your partner will have to wait for at
least the maximum of 4 hours for me to run a confirmation from the
COINSTAR if the fund is there avaiable for pick up in your
partners name, before you can pick up the fund back from the COINSTAR. as soon as i run the confirmation, I will send you an email so

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union or similar money transfer services) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! These money transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union, or similar money transfer services before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
