Yeah today got the same email from a Nicole Smith, email [email protected]

anyway yeah it seemed way too good to be true, and this was the reply after asking us extensively for our details:

Hi there,

Thanks for completing the application form. I consulted with my family and I think you will be a good tenant.

I lived in this beautiful apartment for over 2 years and loved every day of it, until last month when I received a promotion and needed to move to London/United Kingdom.
My contract here, in United Kingdom, expires in October 2016, so I can rent you the apartment for max. 4 years.

As long as I have the keys with me, in order to check the apartment, see if you like it, you need to receive the keys and the contract. I have found a way to complete the deal safe and fast, and in this way you will receive the keys in less than 3 days, to be able to take a look at the apartment as soon as possible. The solution is provided by a company called Removals Easy (www.removals-easy.com). They are a well known company all over the world, so I went to their office in London and I put the keys along with the additional documents in their custody.

This is the general procedure, but to see the detailed procedure regarding my package go to "Click here to see your sender requirements" and enter my email address.

After that, if you want to go ahead, provide them your shipping information and wait for the invoice. It will include all necessary information regarding payment and delivery.

I will explain to you step by step how this will work:

Removals Easy will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.

You will have to go to a Western Union Agent Location and make a money deposit in New Zealand on the Removals Easy company.

After you make the deposit you will have to send the info about the money deposit to Removals Easy.

Removals Easy will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you.

After you receive the package , You will go and check the apt and in 7 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apt or not, if all is in order you will instruct Removals Easy to send me the informations about the money deposit and I will be able to receive the funds . If you don`t like the apt they will send your money back to you and you will send them the keys and the contract to them.

pure fraud, and yes the website looks very professional indeed, I believe many have been caught up in this scam.

The apartment is very close, in walking distance to local transport, bus, etc. with very quiet neighbors and area. Nobody lives there for the moment.

The rent price includes all utilities (water, electricity,gas,internet,cable, parking) and the length of the lease is flexible: long/short term (min. 2 months / max. 3-4 years).

It's $1120 per month for the whole apartment, the first deposit will be $1620 (first month $1120 + security bond $500).
