There is no Registration fee and agency fee, since you are dealing directly with
me the Landlord. The Security Deposit would be needed as a Security Bond in order for the keys and paperwork along
side with Lease Contract agreement to be sent to you... Electric Bills. and water bills have been paid for, so i would also need to send the receipts to you, should in case it would be needed.


I would like you to know that you are free to contact me at any time. After i receive
this details, i would get back to you soonest and then let you know my terms.

Pets are allowed. i will also attached pictures of my home to you once i
get the required details from you,I hope to hear from you soonest.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thank you very much for getting back to me, i spoke with my wife and we have decided to rent our lovely home to you. I have attached pictures of my home, and also the Lease Contract Agreement and Proof of Ownership to get more details about my property.

The Monthly rent is $700 while the security deposit is $400 which will be need to pay for the UPS next Day Air Delivery to your Home address you have provided below, I have stated on my First email that i am currently not available and based on that i have decided to rent my home for 5years. I would love to know if my home will be your First apartment? The monthly rent includes all Utilities, Water, Gas, Cable, and Electricity.

The Security deposit is a Bond between the Landlord and tenant which will also be needed to secure your name on the Lease Contract Agreement, and also to pay for the UPS Courier Service who will be bringing the keys and paper works to you. I would also want you to assure me that you promise to take proper care of my home and pay the monthly rent at the appropriate time.

I really do appreciate your time and interest towards this, do let me know what time to call to give more details in respect to my home...

I really do appreciate your time and interest towards this, i want you to understand that its a 1bedroom apartment and you can occupy my home for as long as you have stated on the lease contract agreement, and after termination if you wish to stay more then you can renew the lease..I hope you went through the Lease and you also saw the pictures of my home.. as soon as the security deposit is made i will be sending off the keys and lease to your home address.. i would like you to send me your address again just to be sure, i would also love to speak on the phone do let me know what time to call you

This guy is a huge scammer from West Africa. Do not under any circumstances give him money. When I asked to see the apartment before making the payments, he became angry that I couldn't pay the security deposit first. Personally, I don't put money down until I see the apartment. Good luck and don't get fooled!
