Below the email sent by him, proposing a "safe deal". I wonder, was he planning to mug me infront of the western union office?!

Thanks for getting back to me,i do understand your concern,i have
once make this risk coming down to show a tenant my apartment when i
arrive he said his no longer interested after i wasted my time money
this the part of reason why i dont make that such mistake anymore.

2)I give another tenant last week the same western union proceedure
and he tell me that the western union store is about 2 hours drive and
i told him to make use of bank transfer since he let me know that he
is using 2 banks not knowing that he send me fake bank statement.

3) There is alot of scammers over there who pay with fake check, fake
paypal also fake bank statement.

I also understand the fact that you do not want to deal with the
person you are not seeing but we need to reach a conclusion. When i
told my Solicitors about it here in UK,he suggested an opinion which i
feel it is ok because it will secure both parties.

I will be willing to come over there to show you the apartment and
hand over the keys to you and you pay me if only i can confirm the
deposit and the first month rent for me to be sure that you are really
willing and capable of renting my apartment.

Here is how to deal with the exchange,I will advice you to send
6700DKK which is month rent and security deposit to any of your
friends name.Your name as sender, your friends name as receiver and
let the receivers destination be United Kingdom so that i will be able
to confirm here that the payment has been sent out.

Then you email me the scan copy of the payment receipt from western
union. Once i get that from you, i will call western union here in uk
immediately to know if truly the money has been sent out and after
that i will book my flight and come over there to show you the
apartment.

If you are interested, we will then sign the contract, and both of us
we go to western union to have the money back and you will pay me the
first month rent and the security deposit.or we can easily call
western union to have the receivers name change to my name since the
receiver destination is United Kingdom then i will collect it when i
get back to uk.
And if you get there and your are not interested, we will both go to
western union store together and have your money back.

Note that there is no way you can collect money that was not sent to
you at western union because they will request for your internation
passport over there as an identification.
Am very sure this will safe and secure both of us.

Just send the money to UK and use any of your friends name as receiver.
