4-5 years.

Basically, i am interested with three qualities in my prospective Tenant.
1) Honesty / Integrity- Someone who morally chooses to do the right thing.
2) Ability to Pay: I would want someone that would be able to pay.
3) Cleanliness: Most importantly, i would want someone that would take good care of my House in my absence. Neatness and good maintenance culture is all that
is required as the rent is not a priority at this point.

The house is available for rent at the moment so you are free to move in as soon as you wish to...A Deposit of $150 (which happens to be the security
deposit) is required before moving in. This deposit is refundable if at the end of the day you don't like the House but i am giving you the benefit of doubt
that you would definitely like it. Since i am not around to show the House, you can just drive by to see the outside of the House. The keys and Documents
have already been packaged and as soon as we reach an agreement, I would be sending them over to your present address for you to move in. The house will be

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Omg. I sent this person that i was interesed. But i did not send him/her money at all. I only set him/her the "form" filled out. What should i do?? I searched the email on google i dont know why i didn't do it before even emailing that person.

I was looking for a room or apartment to my son that going for his Master in Copenhagen, DK and really desperate since he is starting soon we know we apply late, I find this advisement on web site http://copenhagen.en.craigslist.dk/hhh/ single room apartment has every things : Wireless internet facilities, Television, Phone, Microwave, Dish washer, washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Bedroom, Bathroom, Toilet, Living room, kitchen, utility room, parking space, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, fridge, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Deposit 3500 DKR., I contact the gentleman that announce the apartment, to my surprise he answer few mints late with the following email :
The apartment is located at København, Nørregade 22, 1165 Copenhagen, Denmark and it just about 1.2km distance to its metro station, the apartment spacious is about 80sqm and a room is about 30sqm, restaurant and public transport all around and it's few mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Copenhagen. Its on the second floor of the building.

To know much more about the environment, just open www,google.com, click on map, copy the address and paste it into the map, you will surely see the building and the environment very clearly.

But presently am not available in Copenhagen for now as am presently in United kingdom now to complete my work with my company and am here with my families and my keys. But all you need to do is to go straight to the address i sent you to take a look of the apartment from outside ,But i want you to have it mind that the apartment is presently locked and am here with the keys. That is the reason why i sent you my apartment picture just for you to have an idea of how the inside looks like. you will be living in my apartment without sharing it with anybody.it is available for short term and long term basis because am going to be here for 2 years and i don’t want my apartment to be dusty when coming back After 2 years,that is the main reason why am renting out my apartment.

What is make me worried : I highlight it with yellow I ask for ownership contract of the apartment and copy of his passport and his bank account not DHL transfer and name of his lawyer , because I have many friends in Denmark can finalized every things for me , what it make worried as well the way he address me each time I write about my son he address me , ignoring what I write it seems like it looks like it is template answer and auto replay .
I’m asking everyone to read carefully what he write and not jump on such email because people are desperate to get housing place specifically in Copenhagen

The UK telephone numbers that start with +4470 or 070 are personal redirect numbers that can forward calls to any location in the world. These numbers are used by scammers to make it appear they are in the UK when in reality they are probably located in Western Africa.
