I found this site by googling the phone number in the obviously scammy email I got after inquiring about a property listed for rent on Craigslist. The actual home is listed for sale (on Zillow.com, 5030 Stuart in Denver) for over $300K. Yes it's a beauty all right.

Which I can send to you after all necessary agreement has be accepted. Also I will like you to know that the rent charges is not really the issue ,but your absolute maintenance of my House is most important thing so will want you to get back to me with the Application form below.

Please post up the email address the scammer used as people often search email addresses to see if they are dealing with a scammer.
