Rental Scam in Lausanne ( Richrickellyy )

I've seen this scam posted somewhere else, but just to alert that is also present in rent ads for lausanne.

The apartment is located at Avenue de la Gare 36, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland .. and it is close to its metro station,my apartment is spacious, it is about 60sqm in size and a room is about 30sqm. there are restaurant and public transport all around and it's 8mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Switzerland.

However, my Apartment is fully furnished in and out with all necessary house use inside it. At this stage that you want to rent my flat, i need to know some few question about you. Can you take care of my flat as it is?

I am so happy to read back from you. Firstly i want you to know that the apartment is still available for rent. Below are some vital information you need to know about my apartment. It cost 700CHF monthly together with all bills such as water, electricity,internet connection,water available, Flat screen TV,Balcony,wood floor,microwave oven,Refrigerator,gas Air Condition, parking Space e.t.c and also a 750CHF security deposit payment which is refundable while packing out of my apartment if there is no damage or loss of my properties..
