I received your email regarding the advertisement of my apartment for rent. The apartment is available for rent and in good condition, all what you will need is in there because it is fully furnished and well equipped.It is spacious and well ventilated, restaurant, supermarket and public transport all around, as a matter of fact it is located in a very nice and safe area.
All bill (water, electricity, internet connection, microwave oven, fridge,gas etc.) is included in the month rent of the apartment which is 550euros per month plus Security deposit of 700euros which is refundable at the end of your stay in the apartment if there is no lost or or damage of my properties.
