I replied, and got this email.
Then asking for a appointment, and the person "was not available for an appointment", and proposed me to chat on yahoo.

"Thanks for the mail. Attached is the picture of the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living for rent. It is a 2 bedroom apartment and I want to rent out one bedroom out of the 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom is locked as there is no one living in it at the moment. I presently live and work in England. I am on a 3 years contract job with Verizon and I'd be back in my apartment after 3 years. A short description of the apartment goes thus: The apartment is located at Frejgatan 45 113 49 Stockholm, Sweden. The room itself is equipped with a sofa, study table and a chair, wall shelves and a mattress. The apartment cost 3757kr monthly including all bills( internet,water, electricity, gas e.t.c.) plus 5177kr security deposit which will be refunded back to you at the end of the contract if there is no loss or damage in any of my properties. The apartment is well furnished, the kitchen and toilet is well equipped. So you might not necessarily bring in anything new into the apartment except for your personal stuffs that might be needed in the apartment. The apartment is located in a peaceful and cool environment. There are no kids living in the building. So your neighbours are adults. The apartment is located in the city centre of Stockholm, makes it very close to supermarkets, metro station, train station, restaurants, bar e.t.c. I also want to inform you about the terms and conditions governing the apartment as it will be reflected in the contract which will be signed by the both of us if you finally agree to rent my apartment. The Tenant Will Pay a month Rent and Security Deposit in Advance to the Landlord Before Moving in to show a good sign of seriousness and commitment. The security deposit will be refunded back to the tenant at the end of the contract.
The tenant wish to peacefully occupy the premises during the term of this agreement. The tenant agrees that his/her respective invited visitors will not:
i. Commit any act, which results in serious disruption of the right of the neighbours to peacefully occupy the premises,
ii. Commit any act, which results in physical harm to the tenant, a member of her household, visitors or neighbours
iii. Cause or allow invited visitors to cause any kind of nuisance.
iv. Commit any form of harassment on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability, which may interfere with the peace and comfort of, or cause offence to, the tenant, a member of his/her household, visitors or neighbours
v. Play or allow to be played any radio, television, record or tape recording or musical instrument so loudly that it causes a nuisance or annoyance to the neighbours.
vi. Use of Premises: The Tenant agrees to use the premises for residential purposes and not to operate a business at the premises nor to use the premises for any illegal purposes.
