Another scam...
I replied, asking for a meeting. Never replied answering about a meeting, but sent me the second email reported here, asking for my ID scan and so on (I didn't send it, of course).
email: [email protected]

FIRST EMAIL:
Thanks for your interest in my room, I have a three bedroom apartment and I am renting out two of the rooms to tenants, l have been busy with work that is why l have not been able to reply to your email.

The apartment has the following amenities:

Internet connectivity. (Broadband)
Heating and cooling system.
Electricity
Gas
Phone connectivity
Car Space, etc

You will have free and unlimited access to all part of the apartment, the Kitchen, the living room and of course except my room :)) and you can also have your own visitors.

The rooms have the same amenities and are of the same size. The apartment is centrally located in the city center and very close to the bus transport system which can link you to places in and around the city.

The rent for the flat per month is 3500KR including utilities while you would be required to pay a security deposit of 8000KR; This deposit would be refunded to you at the end of your stay in the apartment if nothing is destroyed during your stay in the apartment either by you or your guest.

Let me also tell you more about me because I believe it is very important we know each other if we are going to be good flatmates. My name is Ulf Johan Ekstrom and l am 26 years old female who live alone in this apartment. I have just one sibling and he is with my Mother in London. This apartment used to be my family apartment till when my Dad moved us all to London where he eventually passed away but I alone stay here in the apartment and have being renting it out for sometime now. My last flatmates left for Spain some weeks back after there internship, and thus hence my search for new flatmates.

I am calm and laid back person and my hobbies are reading, swimming and also at times on Fridays/weekend, I attend social events but I have not being having the opportunity due to my studies to hang out with my friends. I'm a graduate of Sociology and I'm currently writing my thesis on my Master program, so l hardly have time because of my studies and my work, I work with the World health Organization which makes me not to really have time, always on tour on creating awareness, though l am very happy with the job, and that is why l need flatmate who can take care of my property most times when l am away for work.

Let me know about yourself too and I hope it suits you well, and if you have any more questions you can surely ask me, I would be glad to send you the pictures of my flat and also the tenement agreement so that we can conclude and you can eventually move in and get yourself confirm.

Have a great day and I wait to read from you soonest,

Regards,
Johan.

SECOND EMAIL
Thanks For your response and your interest in my room.

Attach to this email is the pictures of my room for rent, they are all of same size and has it own private toilet and bathroom. The only thing we share is the kitchen and the living room where we can relax most times and discuss and also entertain our guest.

The rent for the room is 3500KR inclusive of all utility bills, while the security deposit is 8000KR and it is refundable at the end of your stay if nothing was destroy either by you nor your guest. I hope that is okay by you?

For proper, Here is the exact address of my apartment:

Birger Jarlsgatan 95
113 56 Stockholm,
Sweden

You can go and check out my apartment but you may not be able to go in as l am not around due to my work, you can check out the apartment and the environment and then get back to me with the details requested for the contract document to be prepare for us.

For us to proceed, there has to be a tenement agreement document which would confirm us as flatmates and also would be a guideline for our living as flatmates. For this document to be prepared, do get back to me with:

- Your Full names as you want them to appear on the contract
- Your move in date
- Your planned move out date ( or Contract period); this period can be either extended or terminated.
- Your address for me to send you your keys to your room and the apartment, your rent receipt and also your rent document.
- Your scanned ID/Passport for Identification.

Once my lawyer gets these details, the contract shall be prepared and then the next step would be for You to sign on the the contract confirming that you have reserved the room and also make payment to my mother and this payment would have to be made before you move in.

I wait to read from you soonest with these details so that we can proceed to been flatmates.

Thanks,
Johan.

It's a lie, I knew the name and it's not a scammer, you did post this up.because you can't afford the rent ...You're the scammer poster

Mod note: This post was made by the scammer himself, who was clueless enough to think he could fool people who deal with scammers like him every day. We have left the post intact to show visitors just how low a scammer will sink to steal money from his victims.
